Challenge

The mobility industry is changing rapidly. In this project, we worked with a mobility venture that was looking to expand its business into new geographic markets and adjacent product offerings. Our task was to define and evaluate various growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

📊 Reviewing market reports and conducting interviews with international experts to understand the market

🚗 Analyzing competitors to define opportunities and identify potential value propositions

🛴 Defining business opportunities and assessing their attractiveness

🧮 Calculation of a business model to estimate the earnings potential of various business cases

Result

We proposed a growth strategy that identified the business opportunities with the highest sales and growth potential, the greatest fit with the company's existing capabilities and the lowest barriers to entry.
